PEP – Seniors Therapeutic Centre was founded by a family physician and his nurse in 2014. It is a non profit charitable organization, which was developed in response to the growing needs in the Perth-Smiths Falls communities.
PEP is a program of care and therapy which focuses on helping older adults meet their goal to stay healthy and in their own home as long as possible and provide the much needed support and respite for their caregivers.
Our community based, adult day program is designed to support and enrich the functionality of older adults through individualized plans of care. It is structured as a comprehensive program which provides cognitive, and physical therapy and an opportunity for socialization.

Easter Seals Camp Merrywood is located on a beautiful peninsula stretching out into Big Rideau Lake. The camp sits on 30 acres of property between Smiths Falls and Perth in Eastern Ontario.
Built in 1948, Camp Merrywood began as a summer camp for kids with polio. Six campers attended in its first year. Easter Seals focuses on helping children, youth and young adults with physical disabilities and their families. At Easter Seals Camp Merrywood, campers expand their leadership abilities through a myriad of creative arts programs and multi-sports activities.
As the home base for the tournament and venue for the Friday night event, players and high level sponsors will have the opportunity to experience this wonderful venue.
